The Company President and Principal Engineer, Mr. Richard Van Bruggen, is a Diplomate, Water Resources Engineer, recognized by the American Academy of Water Resources Engineers as a renowned surface water hydrology and hydraulics expert. He has over 30 years of engineering design experience, and 25 years of expert witness experience, in the field of Water Resources Engineering. He has written articles and given speeches on various topics regarding flooding, flood control engineering and being an effective expert witness.
